How it works

A traditional listing, plus an event

BidYourself.com does not throw out the way real estate is sold in Tennessee. It adds a bidding event on HiBid to a normal MLS listing, so buyers have a reason to act and sellers can see real demand.

“Watch the bidding. Know where you stand. Decide for yourself if and when you want to bid again.”

MLS + HiBid

Two channels working together

Think of the MLS as where the property lives and HiBid as where the event happens.

🏠

The MLS listing

The property is listed on the MLS by Will Cupp through Realty Executives Associates, so agents and the real estate websites that draw from the MLS can find it. The listing notes tell agents that buyers must register to bid online, that the seller may accept an offer at any time, that all offers will be presented, and that buyer agents are welcome.

🔨

The HiBid event

HiBid hosts the bidding: the countdown, the photos, the terms, registration, and the bids themselves. Bidders register, get approved, and bid online. A soft close extends the clock for late bids so the finish is fair.
